Right Turn Participants Volunteer at Food Bank

 

Thanks to the partnership between the Los Angeles Food Bank and Right Turn, PVJOBS participants were able to serve as volunteers to help sort overages of food that were donated to families in need. Through this effort, a total of 18,000 pounds of food were donated, enabling 16,500 individuals to receive meals.

PVJOBS Annual Turkey Giveaway

 

Each year, PVJOBS hosts a Turkey Giveaway event to benefit families of South Los Angeles. In 2019, PVJOBS distributed 1,000 turkeys to the local community. Donations from Hensel Phelps and various community partners have made this annual event possible over the past decade.
